5.12.17 Meteo App Doesn't Work

I can't add manually a town, no network. No géolocalisation also.

I can confirm these bugs: localization doesn't work and No internet connection.
Mi Note Pro with 5.12.17, I did a full wipe twice.

I turned the language to English then I could find my city. After I turned the language to my French. It works.
The new app is certainly not translated.
