New 5.9.24: Broken Youtube; Problems With Microphone After Recording Video On Stock Camera

After update to 5.9.24 the YouTube is not working, he opens but can't play videos.
The microphone issue is appear after you record the video with stock camera, after that the caller tells that poor hear you.
If you record video with like *no-support-for-this-app-on-this-forum* it's all okey.

I haven't tested yet the microphone on the video recording
