6.4.14 Problem Download

Hy guys,
I'm new of this forum and I need yours help for my Mi4c!
I try from a week to download 6.4.14 but wifi don't want work with "Uploader"
It start and after few second it slow down...so I'm not able to update my phone.
Wifi work very each other operation.........
Can you help me?

Download the rom on a computer and if you get it downloaded there just transfer the rom to the phone and put it in a folder there 'Download' and then open updater and the 3 dots and locate the rom in the folder downloads and go ahead
