6.6.23 2014813 Frontcamera Not Working

I have installed the 6.6.23, problem since 6.6.16 or MIUI 8 is, the frontcamera is not working. Not any Gesture will bring the frontcamera to action.

The same rom works on my 2014817, both camera.

Now i have installed Open Camera too and the Frontcamera works with this app correct. The problem with Systemcam still exist.
