New [8.8.23] No notifications, Mi Max 3

hello,

i finally could unlock bootloader and flash EU rom.
started to use it and seems like the perfect device, but i do not receive notifications.

only after opening the app, i get them all art once.
already enabled maximum priority notifications for the apps i use (threema, email) but no success.

can someone help me or recommend a version where its working?

i already did that too for the app "threema" but seems not to work. (after reboot)

for your post i got a notification in gmx app but it was open in background...
tomorrow i will buy sim card and investigate further (whatsapp, telegram)

quick update

i noticed sometimes "google play services stopped working" and i could not make an account in play store.

so i thought thats why the notifications dont work

i downloaded aptoide, there i downloaded google play store and play services updates and it seems like the notifications are working now

so if anyone has this problem, make sure you add the apps to autostart, disable battery saving on the desired apps, and make sure your google play services are running on the newest version

in twrp wipe everything than change data to f2fs format reboot twrp then format data yes then mouth all partitions. then install again all problems are solved.
