Hello,
If you have Redmi 5 or Redmi 5 plus with official MIUI Global Stable, you can now flash Global Developer version from en.miui.com and unlock your bootloader. There's no 86006 error in Mi Unlock Status anymore

Hi man are you sure? i don't want to brick the phone.

Now i have V9.2.13.0.NEGMIFA and i can update to:
8.3.22 developer by inside phone updater ?
And later i can unlock phone?
