New [9.3.7][oxygen][MiMax2]Netflix not working anymore

I update my phone regulairy but between to MUI Update i lost compatibility with Netflix service.
I'm hable to use the service with old build [200217] that do not support offline view.
I got a message like "this app is not compatible with this device."
the last update that support netflix is [9.2.14]

Year, i already know that, i wonder why...
Last build supporting up to date Netflix is 9.2.14, after that i got a "unsupported device" and need to use the old kit kat supported version.
Without been able to verify i supose it's link of the lost of a embedded codec.
I looking for solution.
I have contact Netflix and they just answer me that my phone is not support anymore, event if the build 9.2.14 is still supported.

We're not working for Netflix though, and we have no information regarding the way Netflix works.
