New 9.9.26 lockscreen password bug (hmnote7)

I did not set lockscreen password while first boot. Now I am trying to add lockscreen password. Phone doesn't accept what I set. It says incorrect password. Pattern, pin or password too. And I can not add fingerprint. After that for unlocking phone I must delete /data/system/locksettings.db from recovery.

Wiped system cache and dalvik. Flashed rom again. It worked.

Same problem here. (xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote7_V11.0.4.0.PFGCNXM_v11-9.)
Password/pattern not accepted.
Tried wiping caches, flashed the ROM (and 11.0.3) again via Orangefox.
But no success, I have to delete "/data/system/locksettings.db ", like the OP.
Any ideas?
