A few questions about the updates

Hi,

I have a few questions about the updates, The only English Rom Miuiandroid and the Multilang Rom are receiving updates via OTA through the updater application or only the Multilang is receiving?

I have Samsung Galaxy S2 I9100
And my friend's Device Xiaomi MI2S
I'm currently with Miuiandroid the only English Rom version 3.10.11 and I've not received an update.

It would be great if someone could explain to me the issue and how it works.
