New Accessibility OFF can't turn it ON

Hi, My Bitdefender web protection went off and it turned into an annoying issue, every time I tried to fix this by "Accessibility" I get a popup that says "if an app is blocking a permission dialog drag the overlapping item away or close the app" - I tried so many times, even reinstalled BitSecurity, nothing worked - Xiaomi Mi9lite /Android 10 / MIUI 12.0.10.0
Could it be a bug? I would appreciate any help, thanks !
