I use xiaomi 12t pro. And I noticed that in the module repository on LSposed There is a module to support 1 hertz screen to reduce battery consumption instead of 60/120, and the question arose why this is not in the firmware xiaomi.eu

Because it's not safe to use these type of modification, if you device isn't natively supports it as Igor said earlier. Even module developer has written "may not be usable"
