How is it possible that I get ads on my screen with this ROM?

Using Xiaomi.eu ROM..

Some APP you installed is doing this.

How can I retrieve information to remove then. Because on the ROS ROM i had no issues with the same apps installed.

Your experience with other ROMs is none of our concern... We've never seen anything like this on Xiaomi.eu ROMs.
Swipe left on the notification from the notifications panel, click the gear icon (settings), this should tell you which app causes this...
