After r0m update (TWRP) im stuck at boot/logo

Hello guys!

I updated my MiNote3 to Version 11.0.4.0 Stable...

First i do the backup (data / boot / system) to an external disk. Then i wiped data and install the new rom (xiaomi.eu_multi_MINote3_V11.0.4.0.PCHCNXM_v11-9.zip)
With this the phone runs OK and i can use it.

Then i enter in TWRP and wiped data and RESTORE to my old data (backup) but ... When reboot... im stuck in MI logo with black screen ....

What i am doing wrong ???

The idea is to update and keep my data, apps etc...

As far as I know, boot and system does not contain normal user data, I don't think it make sense to restore them on a newer ROM

So ... What you are tryin to say is i only need to restore data ??

My backup is from MIUI 10 ... Im trying to update to MIUI 11 ... If i install r0m version 10 i can restore boot/data/system ???

I don't know if you can use you "data" partition backup, but I believe you don't need the others.

I can't answer the other questions, usually I manually backup my files.

I have the backup done via TWRP (boot/data/system).
My old rom was on MIUI 10 ... and i install MIUI 11 ...

Maeby if i install again MIUI 10 and restore ... works fine ??
