After Trying To Flash No Reactions At All

Hey guys ,
we have some serious problems. We tried to flash a Redmi note 4. The device is / was unlocked. Then we connected it to the pc. we tried to flash with "Smartphone Flash Tool (Runtime Trece Mode). First we tried download only. that did´nt worked. then we tried Format All + Download. That was the failure. After that the device was not able to switch on again. No fastboot mode nothing... The question is what to do now?

PS: The Scatter Loading file was the nikel global immage and the download agent was the MTK-AllInOne_DA.

Do you guys have some ideas??? I hope we did´n´t ****ed it up...

When i now try to use "firmware upgrade" it start working . formating then it starts downloading the bootloader to 100% and the the message m"BROM ERROR : STATUS_OPEN_FILE_ERR(0xC001E)

Which tutorial are you using? I don't ever remember seeing Format All + Download as an instruction.

Try with spflash tool... You have to install the mediatek drivers...
