New Alarm clock

I have an issue with a 3rd party alarm clock, the "I can't wake up" alarm. When I close the app the alarm won't go off, if I don't close the app and keep screen on it works like it should.
I have a MI2 with V5, on V4 everything worked well.

Mark this app as Trusted app in Permission Manager...

I already did that, with no result. Tried to reinstall the app, but no luck..
I don't know why, but it seems to work now, I haven't done anything I can think of to make it work, it just works.. :S
