Please folks i managed to have all cores working, Antutu scored almost 148K.
I did root and after that i turned off Miui Optimization on Debbuger options.
Also when using setcpu or kernel toolkit changing between ondemand and interactive didn't change much but it still too soon to verify that.
But recipy is:
Turn off miui optimization and check even not rooted in cpu-z if all cores are on if not appear on cpu-z check debugger settings "show cpou" and see at top the frequ of cores 0-1 and 2-3
