Hello,
in my new Suzuki, with SLDA HU, I managed to connect Redmi 4 Prime over BT, I can receive and make calls...
I am running 8.4.26 ROM, got latest Android Auto installed, changed 5-6 different USB cables, but Android Auto can't connect to car HU...
If I flash AICP Rom (Android 7.1.2) it connects to car HU and I can use navigation, music etc from my phone on HU main display...
So is there any trick to run Android Auto on ROM 8.4.26 or should we wait for some newer Android (Nougat/Oreo) Xiaomi.EU ROM?

did you enable autostart for Android auto app + lock in the RAM

did you enable autostart for Android auto app + lock in the RAM
hmmm.....

I did setup Autostart on startup + start when BT connects to car, only didn't lock it (you mean - in overview, find AA and swipe it down so lock is shown in upper right corner?)

correct.. and check battery saver exceptions for AA...

Hello, sorry I was away abroad...
well I did set up Android Auto to No limits (battery settings for application behaviour) but do not have connection to my car

Well.. I can not test it.. Mazda still doesn't include AA in their cars officially...

still won't work, I used Nokia, short USB cable 25 cm long...

funny thing, when I unplug phone, exit from Android Auto and go away from car I still have notification with Google Play Services saying Android Auto is connected?!?
