I am running the HyperOS 2.0.208.0 Stable (by xiaomi.eu) custom ROM on my Xiaomi 12T Pro (Redmi K50 Ultra).
I am experiencing a persistent animation bug where any app I open or close briefly flickers, opens full-screen incorrectly, or displays without proper system borders for a split second before the animation settles. This is particularly noticeable when using full-screen gestures.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken (Did NOT solve the issue):
Crucial Detail:
A friend of mine who is running the exact same ROM version (2.0.208.0 by xiaomi.eu) on a different Xiaomi device does NOT experience this flicker/glitch.
This strongly suggests the issue is a local conflict on my device or a specific incompatibility between this ROM and the 12T Pro's display drivers/configuration.

- Resetting Gesture Navigation: Switched from Gestures to Buttons and back to Gestures.
- Changing Animation Speed: Tested all three settings (Fast, Balanced, Relaxed).
- Clearing Data (Clear all data) for the System Launcher app.
- Checking Display Settings (Refresh Rate, tried 120Hz/60Hz, no dedicated DC Dimming option found).
