Animation for rotation.

Anybody loves cool animations like rotation animation as in iOS or badaOS and Honeycomb and ICS. Why is it not possible to make it in MIUI as in some tweaked launchers or apps like SGStools? Maybe it will come in next upgrade but does anybody know HOW to request in official MIUI page something of that sort? Would like to hear some ideas as in 1.10.28 update of rom may not be such thing as I heard. When do you thing this will come to MIUI?
