it's a newer version of antutu of what you have maybe.

I already had a stock score of 21079..

They probably OCed the phone a bit or cheated a bit, not the first time that happens

I remember that there used to be an Antutu v3.0.4 which gave HIGHER scores.

Or he probably overclocked, as MitchD already pointed out.

how would he have overclocked it past 1.5ghz though? setting the min and max to 1.5 won't give you such a high score i reckon.
