Any key to shutdown happening in fastboot mode.

Hello.
I just came back from store, and got myself brand new Mi 9 SE! I'm super happy but...
I don't like MIUI Global, I use Xiaomi.eu instead.
Unlocking bootloader won't work since "any key to shutdown" error occurs.
I tried:
switching USB types,
reinstalling drivers,

Of course stuff like USB Debugging are enabled.

edit: other computer work just fine, now the goal is to fix it on my main computer. Other one is almost dead.
