3.3.1-15 and 3.3.1-17 are the only one who can handle Android 10 encryption.
There are no other or newer TWRP.
If they not work you have to format data to remove the encryption.
Then install the ROM.
With Android 10 the encryption changed in some way.
Old TWRP can't handle it.
As i understand you tried to update the ROM with old TWRP and after that you updatet your TWRP.
But you have to have updatet the TWRP first.
1.i tried to update rom as usual but it did not update . then i go to updater , go in recovery mode and there files were encrypted.
2.i found the twrp that u sent me , flashed it , it booted to twrp and updated rom - clean davilk and chace. Done , but it does not boot to system , just restart restart and boot loop into twrp every time.
