App Crash

Hello

I bought a Mi5s with xiaomi.eu version, however all apps were crashing 1 minute after the launch

So I downloaded the official xiaomi stable rom and installed it but I still have the same issue

How can I fix this because right now my phone is unusable ?

Which version do you use right now?
Have you tried flashing with mi flash tool?
If you haven't try it

Try taking a backup of your data (if any) and do a factory reset.

before flash you have to make sure your device is unlocked and then flash TWRP

I already made a factory reset and I already tried the following roms :
- 6.10.0
- 6.12.8
- 6.12.5
- 6.12.22 (current)
The crash are happening only on a few apps like clash royale

Have you installed recovery?
Try to reflash your rom, by formating :
Data
Cache/dalvik
System

Then fresh install xiaomi eu

*Edit
Sometimes factory reset is not enough if you already installed many roms
(By my experience so far)

I just tried, nothing change
I have also found complaints about miui 8 not compatible with some apps like clash royale

I finally found out what was going wrong accidentally
I installed a new launcher instead of the default from miui and the issue was magically solved
