App icons

My mi max 3 is currently on MIUI 10.2.1.0. The default theme is installed.

Some of my apps don't show their "original" icon on the Homescreen. This, for example, applies to mx player, the Amazon app and TeamViewer.

How can I fix this problem?

Is it possible to "lock" the Homescreen so that every icons is still at its place after I've switched themes?
