App Theme Global Version

Hi guys, is there a way to install the global version of the Theme app?
The stock app is not well translated and i can't find anything because every theme is named in chinese.
I changed the language from the settings and something is translated in english but is unusable to find new themes.

Found on google. With the research in the forum it wasn't showed
