Application: Downloads with ads

Hello, after the last update 11.0.4, the application: Downloads is showing ads. I tried to disable or update, but not ads. Any tips?

EI'm already on the Xiaomi.eu ROM. And yet, I'm getting in-app ads. So I'm reporting here

Yes, it was like that after the last update of the 19th showing these ads in the Downloads app. Attached, I confirm the current version that I am.
