New application insta360 One R not working and screen not rotating Note 9s

Hi guys,

I have a 360 camera (the insta 360 One R recently available) .
the application is available here : https://www.insta360.com/download/insta360-oner
I have already one Xiaomi Note 8T.
On this telephone the application is working good but a little slow.
So i decided to upgrade the telephone that i use only for videos and pictures.

Unfortunately on this brand new Note 9s the application doesn't work (the function tracking and export)

So if i cannot fix this bug i will be obliged to return the telephone

and by the way the screen is not rotating (anyway i will check for bugs for this)


have you already experienced this bug?
