Resolved Arabic language support in sms

I have Wierd problem , when I send massage in Arabic , it appear normal to me (the sender ) but it is appear empty ( on the phone of the receiver )

I used Android massage google app and it is worked but no notification sound , the problem is In miui massage

Disable GSM alphabet in SMS settings. Maybe try it several times, even a reboot could be possible.
