New Audio Issue In Redmi 4 Prime: Noise

Hi, I have a Redmi 4 Prime with weekly ROM from xiaomi.eu, MIUI 8, version 7.1.19 (updated a couple of weeks ago).
When listening to music via Spotify, youtube, or when listening to vocal messages from WhatsApp, I sometimes hear a very clear noise, like something is scratching inside the phone. This annoying problem happens quite often, so I was wondering what is due to and how can I fix it?

No issues for my prime with Xiaomi.eu Stable 8.1.3.0 when listenning music or other through the speaker. No issues on Bluetooth too. Try to test your phone (for this go to parameters, about phone, clic on kernel version until the menu appears)

Thank you Gaubry13. One question: can I switch from weekly ROM to stable ROM without deleting all my datas??

i don't think so ... as the type of rom change, a full wipe is necessary. Maybe with a MIUI backup ?
