I just bought back a Redmi Pro a week ago. I had the Qualcomm Redmi Note 4 and it connected to LTE Band 5, yet I'm trying to get it work on the Redmi Pro, but it doesn't connect at all. It doesn't even find the Band 5 nor any LTE connection. According to AT&T, they use Band 5 in my city.

My Pro has the latest weekly (7.12.7), unlocked and rooted and it's the X25 model. Is there any configuration I can make, because as far as I know it is compatible with Band 5.

Thanks in advance.

From the dialer, type *#*#3646633#*#*.
Under Telephony, select BandMode
Select either Sim1 or Sim2, whichever is the one you want
Make sure LTE band 5 is checked.

Thanks for your reply! Already checked that and band 5 is selected. The funny thing is that I've tried using a Moto C (which AT&T gave me when acquired my data plan) and it runs over Band 5, according to LTE Discovery app. This is really annoynig. Can't get decent signal while H+ though.
