Barclays app - Contactless stopped working

Following the last Xiaomi.eu update the Barclays app is showing up "unfortunately you cannot make mobile Contactless payments with this device".

I haven't changed any setting, just updated to 21.6.23 from the previous version.

Is anyone using the app? For now I can stick with Google pay but I'd really like to get access to the Barclays app for contactless payments

Do you have Magisk (root) or not?

Do you have a "TWRP" folder in root of the internal storage of your phone? If yes, delete this folder and try to use Barclays app again.

After updating to 21.6.23 google sheets not working properly. All sheets cannot be opened. I am using picasso.

Phone is not rooted.
I already removed the TWRP folder
