New Black Image on Instragram after updated miui rom to 4.6.13

Hello everyone. I've found a bug after upgrades miui developer ROM to 4.6.13.(my phone is Xiaomi Mi3 WDCMA) I can't upload image on IG because it always give me black but ROM 4.6.6 don't have any problem using IG app before. Anyway I Still not reinstall IG because of my slow net for now so if I have posted anythink wrong, I am sorry about it.

I've read that it's a problem related with High Quality Image Processing feature in Instagram, disabling it in 4.6.13 should fix the black square problem.
