Invalid Black screen split screen, do Xiaomi care?

I have a redmi 6, and since it force updated to android 9, split screen switch stopped working, and now it crashes one or both apps when I touch close to the centre space. It gets worse day by day and one thing almost certain to crash an app is typing in the other app (bringing up or closing keyboard). Do Xiaomi have any support or any plan to try to correct bugged products? I wanted to buy a high end Xiaomi as next phone but will absolutely not go with Xiaomi ATM considering this issue that seems to have been ignored. They can't not be aware of it surely. If anyone has heard if they're even acknowledging it as an issue, please keep me posted

So why are you complaining on our forum? We don't even support Redmi 6, or any other MediaTek-based device.
