Blocking Ads...?

Hi guys, is it possible to block those annoying apps on free apps? Adfree seemed to stop working....

Adaway is working well , but the miui virus scanner gives alert on adaway each time.

I found something else that works fine for rooted devices.

On my mi 3 the installer didn't work.
But I unzipped it, and copied the file inside "hosts" myself to /system/etc (overwrite the existing one, or rename that first) and changed the permission to -rw-r--r--
Reboot and all adds in apps are gone!!! and no alert on virusscan.
