New Bluetooth Call Audio Glitches on Amethyst using custom Modem.

I'm using the custom Global modem amethyst_OS2.0.10.0.VOPCNXM_global_modem posted here.
I am getting stutters and disconnections but only during calls but never during media when using my Bluetooth hearing aids.
I tested the same aids on xiaomi.eu_multi_XM11TPro_V14.0.5.0.TKDMIXM_v14-13 and had no issues.

I uploaded a portion of the adb logcat file to gpt which identified some problems around.

I'm attaching the log from when the problem occurs. Let me know if you want me to upload the whole log.

Unfortunately that didn't solve the problem. In fact the audio quality on calls became worse. I also tried the European modem same thing. I only have this problem with these hearing aids and only on calls. I am going to try the Stock ROM and see how that goes.
