bluetooth headphones only work in mono!!

I bought original xiaomi bluetooth headphones but it only works 1 in mono and low volume, why?

I have the same problem with every headphones and BT in car. Volume is low, mono, crackling sound, low quality. I also miss Hi-Fi settings in sound settings.

Edit: I fixed it in CIT menu / Tools. Speaker callibration. Everything now is better than ever was. )
