New Bluetooth in car not working after re-pairing

I do have a big problem with the last two releases and Bluetooth Streaming in my car.

Bluetooth streaming is only working once with my paired Mi8 lite. If I restart the car Bluetooth streaming is gone.

It shows connected but no sound is coming from the speakers.

I have to pair the phone again and then it's working again for one time.

Can somebody help me what I can do.

Same with my RN5.

I tried to reset my networks which didn't solve the problem.

Yes the only way is:
Put the phone in airplane mode
Turn on the radio/headphones and wait to power on
Quit airplane mode and turn on the Bluetooth
Now works perfect

I mean: I stop to pump gas, pay, come back to my car and Bluetooth connects to my car but plays the music using the smartphone speakers...

I ran across a BT test app that might be useful in seeing what is going on with BT connections.
(I don't use Android auto.)
