Booting Problem After Installing Root ( Supersu)

After installing the update to room 6.2.25, I installed the SuperSu file available in the thread of the update thorug the TWRP. But since then the phone hasn't been booting. So I tried installing through flashboot the Miui developer china version from the official site . When I was installing , it appeared this error:

So I decided to check the TWRP to see the partitions, that's when I saw that the system partition had 0. mb of space . i tried to resize it but it didn't work. What should I do ?

Thank you so much for your help @ingbrizy! If it wasn't for you I wouldn't remeber about the update where the partitions were changed . After installing it my phone is now currently working.
