Bootloader corrupted

Hi All,

I have a MI1s with corrupted bootloader. It won't do anything. When I connected to windows Qualcomm USB device coming up on COM3.
Checked with fastboot command and there's no partitions.
Tried "fastboot flash partition partition.mbn" but didn't work even. Someone said I need load a qualcomm bootloader with the help of an image file and a programmer file.

Any idea?
