I activated and Test Mode Windows 7 Build 7601 my MiFlash 2015.10.28.0 flash continues 12000s ++ and can not be completed.But then log in to Miflash see there are many errors in the beginning of a Flash. If you have an account authorized for the unlock, and you have the right drivers on your PC, connect the phone in fastboot, and unlock it with MIunlock. Then 1.flash twrp via adb 2.give via adb the command to start in recovery mode.
Final,flash a Rom (Be sure to have a Rom to flash in sd card ).
When your device will be OK, you can go back to stock if you want it

I have permission to unlock but MiFlashUnlock gives an error of 50%

You need developer rom version to unlock, also need to login to Mi Account with phone before unlock.

Try another USB cable.

With miunlock you login through PC during the unlocking.
Try with another usb cable or another PC
