Bricked Mi Mix 3

Hello, i'm having some trouble with my mi mix 3, i was trying to flash TWRP but i wouldnt launch after the flash so then i tried to factory reset the phone on the fast boot and now ijust stuck on the bootloader, doesnt even Turn off just goes into bootloader again.. PLS help me

Hold the power button for 20-30 seconds.... see if it reboots...

Turns off and goes to reboot again

I had similar problem, just turned it off couple of times and while it off held power button and volume down until it entered fastboot mod. You may try to hold and release power button and volume down couple times when it turn on.
