Hi!
Since yesterday, my phone did not boot (stuck at MIUI logo für multiple hours).
I was on xiaomi.eu 12 stable.
I tried reflashing twrp341b, which did work. I can successfully enter recovery.
However, after reinstalling xiaomi.eu stable, the phone was in bootloop (I tried formatting /data, with and without wiping dalvic/cache).
Then I tried stock rom
lmi_global_images_V12.2.4.0.RJKMIXM_20201228.0000.00_11.0_global_ddaa922ba2
as well as
lmi_eea_global_images_V12.2.4.0.RJKEUXM_20201228.0000.00_11.0_eea_bdcce5be7e(1)
with the flash_all.bat

Both could not be installed, the error message was /cache CRC error.

I guess it has something to do with a wrong partitioning scheme.

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

My plan was to go stock rom and then install xiaomi.eu 12 stable again.

Unzip your Rom with 7 zip
Put your rom in the folder c:/xiaomi and give the rom a short name

alright, finally made it.
i used recovery file from latest weekly rom and flashed it. format data - reboot into recovery. dropped zip file from pc and flashed it. now it boots into system.
