Examples..
I am reporting a bug..on mi 9
Rom is crashing after updates .
I include logs and pic for reference...
Google Pay not working
Messenger
Not working caste
The camera does not work video and crashes

The only things I can confirm is no schedule for dsrk mode and no casting menu.

1. Go to TWRP, make sure Data partition is mounted.
2. Advanced -> File Manager.
3. Browse to /data/system and delete the "package_cache" directory.
4. Reboot to system.

You omitted the tiny important part that you're using Magisk, and probably the YouTube Vanced module. Remove the module, you should be able to reinstall it if you want to.
