1. Which device?
2. Which ROM exactly are you using? Xiaomi.eu or MIUI Global?
3. Are you using the default launcher or a third-party one?

Seriously, the Bugs section is not a chat room, if the bug reports aren't taken seriously then we can't help.

I'm unable to reproduce this. Twitter icon is MIUI-style for me.
If you by any chance updated the default launcher, uninstall the updates.
