Bug - Settings lost after rebooting

Hi I have came across a strange bug, everytime i reboot some applications configurations are lost.
for example i have changed my default android keyboard and checked facebook application to sync contancts but after a reboot my defualt android keyboard is set to the original one and facebook sync option is set to 'don't sync'.

Sad to say: Same here! This is the worst version I´ve had on my HD2. First upgraded, thought there were something wrong on my phone, so I scratched everything (back to WinMo 6.5) and fresh install; same problems. Also problems that I cant see my Power Amp widgets when I´m trying to add a widget to the desktop...

If I reboot mine on my HTC desire, my phone completely messes up and goes on a boot loop, re-flashing the ROM again is my only option!!
