New Build In Antivirus Not Updating

Antivirus definitions Avl & Tencent is not updating or showing latest update date. Antivirus also fail to detect Zoner Antivirus Test https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zoner.android.eicar so it may not work at all.

Strange. Do you have any idea how i can fix it?
Also i have no option to select Avast definitions

Factory reset could help, take backups first.

Still not updating, though I reinstalled rom from scratch (deleted system & data, installed china rom & then eu rom)
I got avast as an optional definition though, but not updating...

Try to give permissions from Battery & performance/Manage apps battery usage and Security app.
