BTW i tried the 13mp camera module from mi2S on my mi2 and it works!
The quality is quite the same but the resolution is bigger...

Go search on aliexpress dude (or use a previously provided link), they have everything over there.

Look inside the plastic lens housing. The rubber should be there if you have the autofocus problem

is not there.
I disassembled the device to see exactly what I needed to buy when I broke the screen.
As the screen took forever to arrive (6 months) I may have lost the part.
You can buy another, or make one, like what is done to correct the proximity sensor?
