Call screen

Is it possible to change look of screen, when someone is calling?
I installed Ultimate Call screen, but it doesn't change anything.
I'm asking this because my caller id apps are not working, and i also tried to use app for automatic switch on bluetooth, when someone is calling me.
I guess it doesn't working because default call screen doesn't let those programs to take over.
I'm using SGS2, and GO Launcher. Tried to switch back to default MIUI launcher, but nothing happens.

You mean for caller ID app?
It's enabled-i tried 2 different apps, none is working!

I tested it on other rom (randomly choosed Thinkingbridge ROM), used Siyah kernel and GO launcher just like i do in MIUI, and it's working there! Caller ID app pops up, and bluetooth also automatically turns on incoming call, so i guess it's some MIUI based restriction...
I tried to allow caller ID app in "Permissions" (I trust this app option), but nothing.
Do you have any idea what might be the cause?
