Call speaker sound

On Redmi Note 9S anybody has call speaker sound too high during calls, like speaker sound on free hands calls?

I have the same problem. If you volume up to max during call, then volume down to min, sound is almost ok (this is a workaround I have found so far).

My problem is with earpiece sound, not the speaker sound.

So, setup sound level during call.

Sound has to be ajusted on every call which is annoying.

Latest xiaomi.eu 11.0.11 fixed the sound issue for me.
