There's a problem with getting the app started, because it crashes and I've reported the problem. I'am on the latest 9.7.11 on my Mi 8.

Is there any solution to this?

You "reported" what? It's not a problem, and it's not an app that is included/offered on your device.
This app was specifically designed to operate on Mi CC 9 Meitu Edition. You can't use it on any other phone without some serious kernel hacking (and even then it might just not work).
